RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Kedai Emas Sri Tanah Merah gives utmost importance to quality control wherein our product(s) are inspected at multiple stages to ensure that you receive our products at its best quality. This policy is only applicable for product(s) purchased on Kedai Emas Sri Tanah Merah Website.

If there happens to be any discrepancy in products that you received and you would like to return the product and request for a refund, please return goods product with receipt together by courier shipment or walk in at any of our branch.

* Kedai Emas Sri Tanah Merah will also not responsible if your shipment is lost during the postage to you and your return transit.

We would like to highlight that any return and refund for products are strictly subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or

b) If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered; or

c.) If the product received have a 
different size or measurement than stated on website.

Only if either one of the reasons as per above is applicable, Kedai Emas Sri Tanah Merah may proceed to refund for your product. Refund will be process between 7 to 10 working days. Kedai Emas Sri Tanah Merah reserves the rights to refuse any request for refund. Any request for return and refund for products due to mere change of mind will not be entertained.
